Lush (All I Want) transports readers to the fast-paced world of Formula One racing in this steamy romance. Feisty tire mechanic Savannah Jenkins is thrilled to land a job on haughty driver Dante Annunziata’s pit crew and gain experience in the racing world. Dante, however, is less than pleased, believing that women have no place in the dangerous racing world. They clash instantly, but after the paparazzi photograph them apparently pre-kiss, the team’s manager forces them into a PR relationship to generate media attention around Dante’s upcoming races. They assume the ruse will be difficult to maintain given their mutual animosity, but as the racing season whisks them around the world, the line between what’s real and what’s staged increasingly blurs. Dante’s incorrigible, yet sexy, arrogance meets its match in Savannah’s sassy, charismatic personality, and Lush brings the racing scene to life in the background of their sparring foreplay. The alternating viewpoints wonderfully serve the central relationship’s development, keeping readers abreast of the characters’ minute emotional shifts even when they’re hidden from each other.
